Capturing Your Story on Canvas
About the Artist
Hi there! My name is Delanie Cathcart. I have been a dedicated portrait artist since 2019. While I enjoy painting landscapes and flowers, my true passion has always been capturing the human form. From acrylics to oils, I am comfortable working in any medium, on a variety of canvas sizes. Attached is a portfolio of my work over the years-take a look and reach out to me!
The Process
-
Before I begin creating, I will go over everything with you. From reference pictures to special details you’d like added, this allows me to streamline my process and begin working on your commission! The size of the project, which materials you would like used, and the estimated time of completion will be discussed before continuing on in the process.
-
Depending on what was discussed during the consultation (size, materials, etc.), I will reach out and update you on my process if it is a bigger piece!
-
After the completion of the commission, I will ensure everything is up to standard with you! If the piece is being delivered, a separate email will be sent out with shipping information!
